Pathetic product. If possible, try to avoid buying it!Lost water pressure within two months of operations (significant drop in psi - seems like the water booster pump itself is on a ventilator). Your RO membrane will struggle to even generate few drops of permeate water.Now regarding the product warranty - you give a call to the company they will not acknowledge that their product is faulty. Only one continuous reply from them is that your water purifier's power adaptor / SMPS is faulty.Until and unless you are really desperate, DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!I would have given them "negative stars" rating, if Amazon allowed it.
