RETURN PROCESS
Customer Initiated Returns:
- The first step is for the customer to initiate the return process by shipping the item back to us.
- Please email our customer service at care@shapure.com or fill out the Complaint form to start the return process.
- After contacting customer service, securely place the item in its original packaging.

Note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
RETURN RECEIVED AND REPLACEMENT PROCESS
Upon receiving the return, our team will inspect the item’s condition. If the item meets our return policy criteria, we will proceed with the replacement process.
Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item for us to process the return or exchange.
We will notify you by email once the return has been processed.
